新疆南疆棉花品种试验分析

本研究收集新疆南疆大面积种植的56个棉花品种,对非抗虫棉、常规转基因抗虫棉、杂交抗虫棉F1及F2共4类品种的产量及纤维品质进行了比较分析。结果表明,转基因抗虫棉比非抗虫棉增产29.8%,差异达显著水平;杂交棉比常规棉平均增产4.6%,铃重增加0.38g,衣分提高0.91百分点,均未达到显著水平;杂交抗虫棉F1明显优于F2,主要表现在单株结铃性的显著提高导致产量显著提高,而且断裂比强度和纤维整齐度指数等主要品质指标显著提高。由于在河南安阳试验的密度与新疆有明显差异,其准确性需要在新疆高密度条件下继续验证。     

Evolution Analysis About Soybean MIR166 Family

MicroRNA(miRNA) is a class of important regulating non-coding small molecular RNA. The gma-MIR166 gene family consists of 21 members and their expression patterns diversify widely. It is important to analyze the evolution of gma-MIR166 gene family in order to understand the evolutionary mechanisms of miRNAs in soybean. In this study, we implemented soybean wide genome block analysis, the molecular phylogeny of gma-MIR166 and block analysis of gma-MIR166 family. The results showed that both chromosome big segmental duplications and tandem duplications were main reasons contributed to the expanding of gmaMIR166 gene family. These findings suggested that gma-MIR166 gene family might originate from one or two ancient miRNA genes. The results of research provided a support for evolutionary study of miRNAs in soybean and related species in Fabaceae.     

基于城市现代有轨电车建设的环境影响分析——以沈阳有轨电车建设项目为例

指出了近年来随着城市的发展,人口和汽车数量不断增多,公共交通体系急需升级,轨道交通成为城市公交系统发展方向之一。以沈阳有轨电车项目为例进行了分析,根据典型路段预测了结果:在有轨电车最高运行时速情况下,距轨道中心线20m处,大部分路段均能满足2类功能区噪声标准要求,个别路段超标原因是本底噪声较大。有轨电车项目对噪声增加的贡献值较小,不会对噪声敏感点产生较大影响。     

异噻菌胺原药高效液相色谱分析方法研究

本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+磷酸溶液为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在280nm波长下对异噻菌胺原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.39,变异系数为0.39%,平均回收率为100.08%。     

Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Complete Genome of Porcine Circovirus Type 2 from Liaoning Province

It was aimed to lay a foundation for epidemiological survey of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2) in Liaoning province and selection of highly homologous strain inactivated vaccine.Some pigs suspected of having postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS) from Shenyang,Chaoyang,Tieling,Dalian and other places in Liaoning province,were detected by PCR method,then the whole genome of 10 positive samples were cloned and sequenced.The result showed that all of them were virulent strains,9 strains were 1767 bp and 1 strain was 1768 bp,and there was a T base additon at 1039 bp.The nucleotide homology was 95.1% to 98.5% with HM038034 and JQ692110.In the phylogenetic tree,JHZ2 was PCV2a type,the other 9 strains were PCV2b type,DLS38,LYD32 and SYX7 were in the same branch and same onset time.The amino acid homology of ORF2 was 89.6% to 100.0%,there were 35 mutation points,large degree of variation,the only glycosylation site (NYS) was conserved.10 strains did not change significantly,mutants were not due to PCVD,PCV2b was the predominant type,and PCV2 was related with seasonality.     

通过使用窄带通滤波器和小波分析用以检测共轭耦合点谐波电压的跳变来实现孤岛检测

此文表述了基于编码的使用窄带通滤波器和小波滤波器用以在Simulink中实现孤岛检测的功能。分布式电网的拓扑结结构由并网逆变器和LCL滤波器构成。比例谐振控制器用以来控制逆变器。窄带通滤波器用来提取所有信号中的基波分量。开关断开用以来模拟孤岛现象,并采用两种方法来检测孤岛的发生。第一种采用窄带通滤波器来检测特定的共轭耦合点上的谐波电压在孤岛前和孤岛后的变化,第二种采用小波滤波器来检测谐波电压的跳变。     

基于逆周期的主权信用评级指标体系研究

现行国际主权信用评级呈现出明显的顺周期特征而广受诟病。在对评级指标体系优化的基础上，采用90个主权国家2005~2012年经济数据进行面板随机效应和门限效应回归，对主权信用评级决定模型进行估计，运用欧债危机发生前后的数据进行模拟评级，结果表明：优化后的指标体系显示出较好的逆周期特征。
